Culminating Activities and Parent Teacher Interviews

Culminating activities are here!  This week, students in both the grades 9 and 10 classes will be working on their respective culminating activities.  Although class time will be dedicated to each, there will likely be some homework required on these.

FSF2D1 (Grade 10s)

Three components to this culminating activity:

1.  Preparation of resume, en français;
2.  Preparation of covering letter applying for job;
3.  Preparation of dialogue with partner, to be presented in class Tuesday, October 15th.

The written components are to be submitted to the course dropbox on the D2L Course site..

FSF1P1 (Grade 9s)

Students are working in groups of two to prepare a presentation of their partner, using:

1.  Irregular adjectives;
2.  Expressions of activity;
3.  Reflexive verbs.

We hope to begin presentations in class on Tuesday, October 15th.

Parent-Teacher Interviews

Parent teacher interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, October 23rd, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.  Many interview slots are already being filled.  Please get a hold of Mr. Gelder if you want to schedule a 10 minute interview.
